Amite Business and Industry Park

The Amite Industrial Board asked Dufreche-Perkins & Associates Landscape Architects and Planners to assist them in developing a Master Plan for their 22.50 acre industrial park site in Amite. The planning included roadway layouts, proposed land uses, recommended parcel sizes, and wetland property concerns. The planners submitted several master plan scenarios to the client to study planning options and parcel layout.
