Dufreche-Perkins & Associates was asked by Sunrise Homes to develop a master plan and entrance design for a proposed residential development in Slidell, Louisiana.

The layout plan for the development was two-fold: maximize the number of residential lots available for sale and minimize the amount of developer- installed infrastructure. The plan developed by the Landscape Architects achieve both goals for the developer.
