the fulmer residence

When Dufreche-Perkins and Associates were approached to assist in the planning of newly acquired property for a local businessman, it quickly became apparent that the client had a special project in mind. Preliminary analysis of the property, and consideration of the preliminary architectural plans led to the establishment of a “modern farmhouse” concept. This concept drove the preliminary design efforts, resulting in a plan which responded to site condition, as well as feedback from the client. A comprehensive landscape plan was produced for the portion of the property visible from the road, in order to allow the installation to mature during the construction of the home.
