Dufreche-Perkins & Associates were contacted by the client to develop a plan for the Carter Plantation Resort located in Springfield, La. We were to provide planning and design of the pool complex, which included arbors and a cabana pavilion, as well as landscape and irrigation design.

We developed a design based on the "Plantation" theme, incorporating brick columns, arbors, and traditional Southern architectural detailing and plantings.

We led a team comprised of the Client, Pool Contractor, and Landscape Contractor, our role being to assure that the design intent was carried out at every level. Our office also represented the Client during bidding negotiations, and provided construction administration services.
