An initial consultation with the Owners indicated that they were interested in the development of a master plan for a proposed pool, pool cabana, and new garage, all part of a major home renovation.

The Owners expressed their interest in constructing a pool with a strong relationship to the existing residence as well as the new cabana. They noted that they entertained frequently and expressed the desire to create an environment that would be conducive to gathering, cooking and relaxing.

We reviewed the existing site and developed a site master plan featuring a new garage, multi-level pool, covered porches and cabana, all housed within a screen enclosure.
