the hoover estate

Having provided the original master-planning for the Hoover property, we have since been asked by the owners to assist in designing many improvements to this estate.

A "Southern Plantation" feel and an "old garden" aesthetic prevail through most of the projects our office has designed for this estate. We have provided plans for a pigeonnier (as a front-yard focal point / storage / playhouse), two swimming pools, an extensive pool Cabana, a "Fishing Camp" and pier structure, extensive landscaping, roadway design, and numerous niches and small garden areas. An extensive landscape lighting plan was developed to illuminate this property.

We have also provided irrigation design services, as well as bidding and construction administration services for many of these projects.
